Envirotype / master project

ENVIROTYPE
Envirotype is a project that presents a city in a symbolic way, through the letters of English alphabet. Each letter is individually designed, directly connected to its inspiration that is derived from the buildings, nature, and streets. The subject of the series was the city of Portsmouth, UK.

The project conatins a set of 26 postcards (a bit smaller than A5), set of cards (a bit smaller than A3), and a set of posters (a bit smaller than A1). Designs are the same for all the sets but they still give a different feeling when presented in different sizes. Postcards and cards are printed on both sides with slightly different designs containing letter in grey and a description of a place where the letter was inspired from.
Envirotype project exhibited at the MA Graphic Design Show 16 that was held in Coastguard Studio, Portsmouth.
